My Latest Work

Dec. 2019 - Aug. 2020

The Y in Central Maryland

Graphic Designer

With the opportunity to take on more responsibilities, work in a greater position, and most importantly, help and support their communities, I joined the organization's marketing team. Day by day, I developed graphic materials in many mediums (print ads, brochures, flyers, posters, online ads, e-news, video content, and more) that depicted their mission and objectives to their audiences such as: families, seniors, youth, volunteers, donors, members, and associates.

April 2018 - June 2019

Planit Agency

Production Designer

As a major stepping stone in my career, I became apart of the talented group of creatives in our digital marketing agency. Throughout the week, I designed various visual elements and creative executions for the company's internal and external projects; including new businesses.

Aug. 2017 - Dec. 2017

WebbMason Marketing

Agency Services Design Assistant

In the event that an agency notified me of the company's need for a designer, I landed a position to showcase and apply my college experience. Shortly after, I was immediately acclimated to the marketing, design, and sales team and able to join them in symposiums at the Hilton in downtown Baltimore. In addition to the in-person functions, I took lead in designing a vast amount of projects ranging from: print and digital advertisements, graphics, slideshow templates, and more.

Jan. 2017 - May 2017

Limitless Designs

Graduation Internship

Pursuing my school's insightful UMBC works program, I found Limitless Designs. During my time there, I became more knowledgeable about the Graphic Design field outside of Adobe programs. Regarding personable skills, the opportunity validated how comfortable I am speaking to new audiences. I am able to find common ground, in order to develop a more relaxed, easygoing, but productive conversation.

Sept. 2012 - May 2017

Howard Community College

Financial Aid Office Assistant

I discovered the school offers a work-study program for students to work for offices, in order to receive money to directly transfer over to cover our tuition. Throughout my time there, not only did I learn a vast amount about the college aid process, but I was gifted to be presented with projects by several co-workers that coincide with graphic design.

June 2015 - Sept. 2015

Millennium Marketing Solutions

Summer Intern

With the help of the Career Center at UMBC and the suggestion of interning over the summer by my professors, I came across Millennium Marketing Solutions. It is important to note I was blessed with getting real-world experience by being involved in several meetings with co-workers or clients, the strict timeliness with projects, and so on.
